Kim Hillman, Market Development Manager

Kim joined Express Messenger International in 1999 as the Market Development Manager for International Sales. Her territory includes Minnesota, Texas, Las Vegas and Florida. She takes great pride in handling each of her accounts personally from their initial first call to complete follow through. With over 6 years of experience in the industry she brings creativity and thorough knowledge to each mail campaign.

She received her Associate Degree in Business Administration in 1985 and continued on to receive her BA from the University of St. Thomas in 1992. Kim stays very active in the industry associations and believes that continuous education keeps her current on ever changing Canadian and International postal regulations.

Darcy Collins, Account Manager

Darcy has been with Northwest EMI since January of 1996. Her responsibilities and territory have increased over the years and now include OR, WA, UT and AZ. "I can't imagine a better work environment; it feels like a family business and I am thankful to be completely empowered by knowing the true ins and outs of our company." Darcy prides herself on ultimate customer communication. "I truly believe that customer service is everything."

Darcy spends her spare time traveling, alpine skiing, cycling, hiking, swimming and playing tennis. She received her BA in 1995 at the University of Wisconsin with a minor in International Studies. She resides in Portland, Oregon.

Cami Drahn, Account Manager

Cami joined Express Messenger International in 2001 taking on responsibilities of new account acquisition and account management. Projects are managed personally from first phone call until mail arrives and is processed. This insures customers of receiving good communication and follow through. Her territory is the Midwest including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota.

Cami has her BA from the University of Minnesota and is an active board member for the Midwest Direct Marketing Association (MDMA). Staying actively involved in associations related to printing, marketing and mailing are critical to understanding all aspects of customer's needs and having the ability to consult and provide the most sensible international mailing options.

John Kranz , Account Manager
John Kranz started in this industry nearly 15 years ago. He has held a number of positions from Account Executive, General Manager, Area Manager to Regional Sales & Operations Manager.

His experience includes a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing, specifically in the areas of direct mail advertising and international methods of distribution and marketing. For example, Direct Media campaigns is a nitch market developed in order to help with the growth and development of such businesses as Novell and WordPerfect through international business reply services.

The function of his positions requires a strong ability to communicate effectively within all levels of a given organization. Whether you are mailing statements, invoices or publications, John is committed to seeing the successful implementation of all mail and media campaigns to help your business successfully reach your international market.
